CLEANING: Ensure that the area in which the product is going to be applied is free of grease, loose paints, dirt, mud, algae, and fungus.

utilization of wire brush, emery paper 180, and water for cleaning is recommended.

FILLING: Surface imperfections such as holes, dents, and fine cracks are to be filled with WalTec UNDERCOAT (wall putty) or a mixture of white cement and fine sand (in the ratio of 1:3).

To have optimal quality, apply another coat of diluted CemTecwt FONDA (Primer) and let it dry for another 6 hours.

*Recoat period is quoted for 25°C and 50% relative humidity, these may vary under different conditions. For best results, use ExterShield ARDENT, when the underlying surface exhibits chalkiness in spite of thorough surface cleaning. Air-assisted spray application at pressure 28-31 psi and spray gun should be perpendicular and approx. 12 inches from the surface.

Do not apply when the ambient temperature is less than 10o C or if the temperature might drop to this level within 4 hrs of application.

Do not over-thin or over-extend the brush.

Do not use Stainers or any other colorants.

Stir well and strain before use.

Tinted paints need thorough shaking immediately after tinter addition as well as before use.

Excessive bird droppings/spitting may affect the performance of the product.

Store the container with the lid tightly closed in an upright position, in a cool, dry place.

Keep out of reach of children and away from eatables.

May be harmful if swallowed. In case of ingestion, seek immediate medical attention.

Wear eye protection during application. In case of contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical advice.

In case of skin contact, immediately wash skin with soap and plenty of clean water.

Get medical attention, if irritation develops or persists.

Do not breathe vapor or spray. It is recommended to wear a mask during sanding and surface preparation to avoid dust inhalation.

Do not pour leftover paint down the drain or in water courses.

In the event of spills, contain spillage using sand or earth and dispose of through an authorized agency for waste management.

Left-Over paint disposal:

Left-over paint/drums should not be disposed of in soil/drains. Consumers should consult a local recycling agency for the disposal of paint/drums.

The pails/drums should not be used for storing food items.

For the best performance of the paint, ensure proper washing and cleaning of all algal and fungal growth, if any, at regular intervals of six months.
