Job Specifications

  • Must have 7-10 Years of  work experience  in Vendor Development, Procurement, Office Administration

  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Office Applications & Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in both English, Nepali & Hindi.

  • Must have superior Managerial skills, work well with a team, and have the ability to work independently with no supervision

  • Ability to work and take direction from M.D /CEO/Director Operation/Director Business Development. 

Job Description

  • To manage daily operations, implement policies and regulations, plan Procurement of Raw materials and human resources

  • To improve and implement the operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission, Management Reporting, Maintaining information flow, and business process management.

  • To maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing the organization's goals.

  • To monitor and manage staff.

  • Closely work in coordination with all departments in implementing policies and regulations.

  • Closely work with the team in facilitating plan and organization system

  • Result & Solution-Oriented mindset.
